What we do

Promoting Social Investment in Argentina

Since 2002, more than USD 30 million have been donated to 250+ organizations and social projects in Argentina.

HelpArgentina is registered in New York as a nonprofit organization - in accordance with article 501(c.3) of the U.S. tax code (EIN 550790450) - enabling U.S. donors to make tax-deductible contributions to support social change in Argentina. Our goals are to strengthen the nonprofits working to create social change in Argentina, to increase confidence in the Argentine nonprofit sector and to promote the culture of giving.

We are the Argentina chapter of PILAS – Portal for Investment in the Latin American Social Sector.

Our mission is to strengthen the nonprofit organizations that drive social change in Argentina, to build trust in the Argentine nonprofit sector, and to promote a culture of informed, cross-border giving.

We work only with organizations that meet our standards of transparency and best practices, offering a safe and efficient infrastructure to receive international support. As a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3), we operate under regulations that prohibit us from engaging in political campaigning or lobbying, ensuring that our efforts remain fully focused on enabling philanthropic investment in Argentina’s social sector.
