If you are making your donation via bank transfer, deposit, or stock donation (i.e. any method other than credit card), please complete and sign our Donation Form.

You can submit it either by:

• Filling out the online form, or
• Downloading the PDF version, signing it, and sending it to admin@helplatam.org
